Do you install the appliances you deliver?
Yes — we offer optional installation for most whiteware, including washing machines, dryers, and freestanding fridges. Just let us know at the time of booking.
Can you take away our old appliance?
Absolutely. We can remove and recycle your old appliance as part of the delivery. Be sure to request this when you book.
What areas do you service?
We deliver throughout Auckland and Waikato, from Mangawhai down to Cambridge. Not sure if you’re covered? Just ask.
Do I need to be home during the delivery?
Yes — someone over 18 needs to be on-site to accept delivery and give access, especially for installations or removals.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 days in advance, but we’ll always try to accommodate urgent jobs where possible.
Are your deliveries insured?
Yes. All deliveries are fully insured for peace of mind. Our team is trained to handle appliances safely and securely.
